Client Agreement — Booked to Travel LLC

 

This Client Agreement outlines expectations between you (“Client”) and Booked to Travel LLC (“Advisor”).

 

Scope of Services

We provide:

  • Resort planning
  • Cruise planning
  • Custom travel planning
  • Group travel coordination

 

    Fees

    At this time, Booked to Travel LLC does not charge a booking fee for resort, cruise, or packaged travel. If a service fee ever applies, you will be informed before any work begins.

     

     

    Responsibilities of the Client

    • Provide accurate traveler information
    • Review all conformations upon receipt
    • Make payments by required deadlines
    • Follow supplier rules and guidelines



    *Travel Insurance

    Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Declining coverage releases Booked to Travel LLC from liability relating to cancellation, delays, medical events, or interruptions.

     

    Payment & Booking

    All payments are processed directly through travel suppliers. Booked to Travel LLC does not hold or store your payment information.

     

    Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

    Supplier policies always apply. Refunds, credits, and fees are determined by the supplier, not Booked to Travel LLC.

     

    Liability

    Booked to Travel LLC is not responsible for:

    • Supplier actions
    • Weather or natural events
    • Government actions
    • Illness or injury
    • Missed flights or delays

      Agreement

      By working with Booked to Travel LLC and submitting your information through the Inquiry Form, you acknowledge and agree to this Client Agreement.
